Can I make changes to my direct debit payments?

You can make changes to the amount or frequency of your periodic payments.

To update your direct debit details, you can either:

  • Login into your account via our Online Portal
  • Call us on 13 14 64. You’ll need your bank account or credit card details.


To ensure the changes go through, we recommend that you get in contact with us at least 14 business days prior to your next scheduled payment is due.
