We'd like to do what we can to assist our customers impacted by the fires, and are currently providing the below services:
- Free call diversion: if your home phone service is no longer working due to damage, Southern Phone offers free call diversion to a mobile or fixed line number.
- Fee waiver: late fees, break of contract fees and other fees that result from a property destruction may be waived. Activation and reconnection fees may also be waived if customers seek to reconnect their service within 12 months.
- Payment extension: those suffering financial hardship as a result of fire damage may apply to have the due date of their bill extended.
- Severe financial hardship: in situations where there is severe financial hardship due to the destruction of property, you may apply for Southern Phone to waive your bill.
