What do I do if my mobile phone has been lost or stolen?

If you have misplaced your SIM Card or Handset or it has been stolen, you will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible so that we can suspend your service and ensure no one is able to use it.
We can also then discuss your options, such as a replacement SIM card and/or Handset.
If your handset has been stolen, we also recommend that you contact your local police station and file a report.
