Currently, we do not offer international roaming on our SIM products. We plan to re-enable this feature in the near future. Until then, below is some very important information about International Roaming. 

Before going overseas, we suggest that you purchase an International SIM or a SIM Card when you arrive in the country you travel to. 

You can buy a prepaid SIM at the Airport when you arrive. This can make staying in contact a lot cheaper.

Mobile coverage is not guaranteed when you are overseas. Any handset provided by Southern Phone Company cannot be guaranteed to work while you are overseas. 

Your Southern Phone SIM will not work when you leave Australia.
