Announcement – 28th September 2022: Optus Cyberattack

Southern Phone would like to reassure its customers that we take customer information security seriously and there are no impacts to Southern Phone or its customers.

Optus has confirmed that telco retailers who use the Optus network, such as Southern Phone, were not impacted by the cyberattack and services remain safe to use and operate as per normal.
