Our overall customer satisfaction is rated five stars – higher than our biggest competitors: Telstra, Optus and Vodafone.
Our network coverage rated five stars and we outperformed Telstra in Customer Service, Value for Money, Plan Flexibility, Billing and Sign up and Activation.
Head of Southern Phone David Joss said Southern Phone placed high value on the customer experience.
“That’s why we are beating our biggest competitors in the Phone on a Plan category,” David said.
“The customer journey is at the centrepiece of all of our efforts as we have worked hard to continuously improve in areas that our customers have told us matter to them most.
“A five-star customer satisfaction is not easy to achieve and highlights the efforts and commitment of our team as well as the investments we have made in technology aimed and maximising customer satisfaction.”
This is the first time Southern Phone has been able to enter the Phone on a Plan award category, after reaching the sample size required to qualify. This is the second Canstar Blue award for Southern Phone, after winning the 2019 Most Satisfied Customers in the Post Paid SIM category.
