Your NBN service is connected via a Connection Utility box outside your home and a Network Termination Device (NTD) installed inside your home.

Important!

The modem router has been pre-configured with your details. It will connect without requiring any additional settings. Once you have connected your modem, and you are connecting your device(s) via WiFi, you will be prompted to enter your WAP2-PSK Key located on the back of your modem.
