Your nbn service is connected via an exchange. From there it connects to your home using the existing copper cabling.

Important!

The modem router has been pre-configured with your details. It will connect without requiring any additional settings. Once you have connected your modem, and you are connecting your device(s) via WiFi, you will be prompted to enter your WAP2-PSK Key located on the back of your modem.
