Many types of devices that are normally connected to phone lines, such as medical alarms, security alarms, EFTPOS machines and fax machines can work over the nbn™ network, however, Southern Phone recommends that you contact the service provider or manufacturer to make sure. As you may need to order a specific type of phone service on the nbn™ network in order for these services to continue working.

Southern Phone is unable to support, Eftpos, Fax / Duet and Line Hunt services on the nbn™.
