If you already own a modem/router, then we suggest that you check with its manufacturer to see if it is capable of supporting nbn™ broadband. If you are also switching your voice service to nbn™, remember to check that your telephone is also compatible.

We do advise using our own Southern Phone modems as these have been certified to work with nbn™ and can be supported and configured by our technical support team.
