The speed of your nbn plan may be affected by multiple factors including:

• Any routers, switches or hubs connected to your nbn installation
• Your PC/laptop/tablet and its compatibility with the supplied speed
• If you’re using wireless devices to connect to the nbn network
• Software capabilities
