Do you need a hand using live chat?
Getting a hand with your service doesn't have to be done over the phone. Our customer service agents are also available to chat with you live through our website between 8 am - 8 pm AEST.
The fastest way to initiate a live chat with one of our agents is to click on the 'Chat Now' button in the top-right corner of our website.
Upon clicking the button, the chat window should pop up in the bottom-right corner of the screen. You will have to enter your name and email in order to proceed and you also have the option of entering your phone number. From there you can let us know what type of help you are after and give us the specifics in the message field.
Once you have done that, it's time to start chatting. Clicking the 'Start Chatting' button should initiate your chat, where you can ask your agent any and all of the questions that you would have otherwise needed to ask over the phone.
