Flood Support Update: Queensland & New South Wales

Community has always lived at the heart of Southern Phone.

To support our customers currently impacted by the devastating floods across QLD and NSW, we will be providing the following assistance:

Free call diversion: If your home phone service is no longer working due to damage, Southern Phone offers free call diversion to a mobile or fixed line number.

Payment extension: Those suffering financial hardship as a result of flood damage may apply to have the due date of their bill extended.

Fee waiver: Late fees, break of contract fees and other fees that result from a property destruction may be waived. Activation and reconnection fees may also be waived if customers seek to reconnect their service within 12 months.

Severe financial hardship: In situations where there is severe financial hardship due to the destruction of property, you may apply for Southern Phone to waive your bill.
