At Southern Phone community lives at the heart of who we are.

On behalf of all of the staff at Southern Phone, we wish to express our support and sympathies for the individuals, families and communities who have been devastated by the bushfires in NSW and QLD. 

We'd like to do what we can to assist our customers impacted by the fires, and are currently providing the below services:

Free call diversion: if your home phone service is no longer working due to damage, Southern Phone offers free call diversion to a mobile or fixed line number.

Payment extension: those suffering financial hardship as a result of fire or flood damage may apply to have the due date of their bill extended.

Fee waiver: late fees, break of contract fees and other fees that result from a property destruction may be waived. Activation and reconnection fees may also be waived if customers seek to reconnect their service within 12 months.

Severe financial hardship: in situations where there is severe financial hardship due to the destruction of property, you may apply for Southern Phone to waive your bill.
