2015 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards

Southern Phone was delighted to accept their third consecutive Home Phone Service Provider award, satisfying at least 87% of their customers in every month throughout 2015. 

Southern Phone travelled to Melbourne in February 2016 to accept the award at the Roy Morgan Annual Awards Night. Managing Director Mark Warren proudly accepted the award on behalf of the companies' 130+ staff and paid tribute to their high level of customer support. 

"To win the award for three years in a row is fitting recognition of the level of effort and focus of the staff at Southern Phone. Our staff remain one of the key competitive advantages we have. Our staff are rural people, working in a rural environment, providing top-notch customer support to rural and regional Australians".

Southern Phone has also won the monthly awards for Mobile Phone Provider for three consecutive months.
