nbn® Sky Muster® Exit & Transition to nbn Sky Muster® Plus

We have been advised that from 31 March 2022, our third-party vendor will be shutting down their Sky Muster® service. Sky Muster® Plus will however remain an option for our rural and remote customers currently using Sky Muster®.

To continue with an active service, your options are as follows:

1.     Talk with our team on 13 14 64 and organise a change in plans from Sky Muster® to Sky Muster® Plus

2.     Move to a new provider before 31 March 2022

3.     If no action, then your service will be automatically disconnected on 31 March 2022

To get your network swap underway all you need to do is contact our team on 13 14 64 & select option 4.
If we don’t hear back from you before March 31st your service will be disconnected.
