Sofi-Assistant operates on a 4G mobile network to send alerts and receive software updates. In case of power cuts, Sofihub also has a 4-hour backup power.

The Sofi-Hub and the Sofi-Beacon are available on the Optus 4G mobile network, and on the Telstra mobile network in limited circumstances. We can run a check on the mobile coverage at the residents' address, or you can check it yourself on our website.
