Troubleshooting: A Satellite nbn® Connection
nbn Satellite features an nbn Co NTD connected to a satellite dish that will be installed on your roof.
The NTD itself will be mounted on the wall and has a single status light for indication.
Below is a picture of the NTD along with a guide to the status of light responses.
If the status light looks ok, it’s time to look at the modem for what might be causing the issue.
Please find attached below a guide for the modem status lights which will assist in troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
If the status light is showing an error, you will need to get in contact with us so we complete further troubleshooting.
