The account number that was used by your old provider is required to allow the transfer of the handset.
- Transfer of a prepaid handset
If you have a handset that was purchased as a prepaid handset you must first check that the handset is not locked to the network of your old provider. (This does not apply if the old provider was Vodafone or Telstra).
You must also have the Date of Birth of the person who first registered the phone with the old prepaid provider.
