- What choices do I have on direct debit?
There are two payment options;
Due Date - The account balance is automatically deducted on the due date via the nominated method, either a bank account or credit card.
Periodic - A fixed amount that is deducted weekly, fortnightly or monthly from either a bank account or credit card - The minimum payment amount for this option is $10.
*PLEASE NOTE: Direct debit arrangements are NOT flexible and can ONLY be set up as above.
- Can I put my arrangement on hold or skip a payment?
Unfortunately this is not possible, we do not have the facility to hold or skip payments. If for some reason you do not want a payment processed on the due date you have two options. You can pay by another means at least 2 days before the due date or contact us to cancel the arrangement, giving 14 business days notice.
- Can I make changes to my periodic payment?
Yes. You can change the amount or frequency of your periodic payment, we just need to be notified of the change at least 14 business days prior to the next payment being due. We are unable to offer flexibility in periodic payment amounts e.g. $10 one week and then $20 the next, this is simply not possible.
- Will I be charged a fee if my payment dishonours or is declined?
Yes; dishonoured payment from a bank account = $15 Fee. Declined credit card payment = No Fee.
- Will I still get my bill if I pay via a due date arrangement?
Yes, we will send your bill as usual before the payment date, so you can see how much you will be paying. The direct debit payment will then be processed automatically on the scheduled date.
- What if I don't agree with the amount due?
Just call us at least 7 business days before the due date. We'll resolve your query so that the appropriate payment amount can be processed on the due date.
- Can I cancel the direct debit arrangement if I change my mind?
Yes, just call us on 13 14 64 to cancel, giving us 7 business days notice before the next payment is due.
