Unfortunately this is not possible, we do not have the facility to hold or skip payments. If for some reason you do not want a payment processed on the due date you have two options. You can pay by another means at least 2 days before the due date or contact us to cancel the arrangement, giving 14 business days notice.
Yes. You can change the amount or frequency of your periodic payment, we just need to be notified of the change at least 14 business days prior to the next payment being due. We are unable to offer flexibility in periodic payment amounts e.g. $10 one week and then $20 the next, this is simply not possible.
