Important things you need to know

Customers may not use our services in an excessive, unreasonable or fraudulent manner. Customers may not resupply, resell or commercially exploit our services without consent from Southern Phone Company.

a) In the case of home phone service offers our Fair Use Policy considers excessive use to be more than 2500 eligible call minutes per service per month. Eligible call minutes include calls to mobiles, long distance calls and international calls.

b) In the case of mobile phone services our Fair Use Policy considers excessive use to be more than 2500 minutes and/or 2500 SMS messages per service per month unless otherwise specified.

c) In the case of broadband services which provide a connection to the Internet:

 I. Contravening any applicable laws when you use the service

 II. In the case of residential customers, using the service in a manner which could not be reasonably regarded as ordinary personal use.

If you are in breach of our Fair Use Policy we will advise you of such and request immediate compliance. We reserve the right to limit your use of our services if you are in breach of our Fair Use Policy.
