Then you're ready to go!
We just need a few details to get your SIM activated
- Your name and contact number
- Your account number - which can be found at the top of the welcome letter you received from Southern Phone
- Your SIM number - which is located on the back of your SIM card.
How long will activation take?
You should allow up to 48 business hours for your SIM to become active. If you’re transferring your number and have an existing SIM in your handset, wait until it stops working before inserting your new SIM.
